Salmon and Vegetable Gratin

- 400 g small macaroni
- Salt
- 250 g Salmon fillet
- freshly ground pepper
- 300 g Brussels sprouts
- 2 pinch baking soda
- 150 g Camembert cheese
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- nutmeg powder

Cook the pasta according to package instructions in boiling salted water. Drain and set aside. While the pasta cooks, rinse the salmon fillet, pat dry with paper towels, and cut into cubes. Season all sides with salt and pepper.

Clean and wash the Brussels sprouts, then boil them in salted water together with the baking soda for 6–8 minutes. During this time slice the Camembert cheese.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C (356 °F) fan‑forced.

Combine the cooked pasta, salmon cubes, and drained Brussels sprouts in a baking dish. Drizzle olive oil over the mixture. Season with salt and nutmeg. Sprinkle the sliced Camembert on top and bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
