Ingredients

  • 250 g flour
  • 20 g yeast
  • 0.125 l lukewarm water
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • 400 g Tomatoes
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 large slices salami
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 150 g Mushrooms
  • 200 g Gouda cheese
  • 1 tsp Oregano

Instructions

  1. 1.

Sift flour into a bowl, make a well in the center. Crumble yeast into some water, pour it into the well, dust with flour and cover for 15 minutes to rise. Add remaining water with salt and oil, knead into a smooth dough. Cover and let rise at a warm place for 1 hour.

  2. 2.

Blanch tomatoes, cool them, peel skins off, dice finely and simmer in a pot with 1 tbsp oil until reduced. Season with thyme, salt, and pepper. Grate Gouda coarsely. Halve the bell pepper, remove seeds, wash and dice finely. Wash, trim, slice zucchini into rounds and dice. Clean mushrooms and cut thinly. Slice salami.

  3. 3.

Oil a pizza pan lightly. Knead dough again, roll out and place in the pan, forming a slightly thicker edge. Preheat oven to 250°C (482°F). Spread tomato sauce over the dough. Sprinkle cheese, top with vegetables and salami, drizzle olive oil, and sprinkle oregano. Bake in hot oven for about 12–15 minutes until cheese melts.
