Ingredients
- 400 g turkey breast fillet
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 0.5 head frisée lettuce
- 1 radicchio
- 1 bunch arugula
- 0.5 bunch coriander
- 100 g sprouts
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 Mango
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
- salt and pepper

Clean salad and radicchio, cut into bite‑sized pieces. Wash arugula, trim thick stems. Wash tomatoes, halve them. Mix salad with sprouts. Peel mango, separate flesh, slice into thin strips, fold in.

Wash meat, pat dry, season with salt and pepper, slice into strips. Sear the meat in hot oil until crisp. Pick coriander leaves, mix with salad, top with hot meat strips. Whisk vinegar, oil, salt and pepper into a dressing, drizzle over.
