Ingredients

  • 1 chili pepper
  • 6 tomatoes
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 1 lemon
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 tbsp parsley (coarsely chopped)

Instructions

    Wash the chili pepper, halve it, remove seeds and membranes, and finely chop. Halve the tomatoes, remove seeds, and dice into small cubes. Trim the spring onions and slice into thin rings.

    Squeeze the lemon to extract juice, mix with remaining ingredients, season to taste, and let rest for at least 15 minutes before serving.
