Ingredients

  • 200 g young spinach
  • 200 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 250 g gravlax salmon
  • 3 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 400 g cream cheese
  • 1 pinch Organic lemon zest
  • Salt
  • white pepper
  • half a lemon slice
  • Chives
  • dill sprigs

Instructions

    Wash and dry the spinach, then rinse the tomatoes and quarter them. Arrange the spinach, tomatoes, and salmon decoratively on plates or a large platter. Whisk together the lemon juice and honey, then drizzle over the salad.

    Whip the cream cheese with the lemon zest until creamy, seasoning with salt and pepper. Dot spoonfuls of this mixture onto the salad.
