Ingredients

  • 1 head of lettuce
  • 0.5 cucumber
  • 1 bunch watercress
  • 100 g mushrooms
  • 1 bunch radishes
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp wine vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 0.5 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Mustard

Instructions

    Wash all vegetables. Wash and tear the lettuce into pieces. Slice the cucumber into thin rounds. Slice the radishes and mushrooms into thin slices.
