- 1 head of lettuce
- 0.5 cucumber
- 1 bunch watercress
- 100 g mushrooms
- 1 bunch radishes
- 1 bunch chives
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp wine vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
- 0.5 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Mustard

Wash all vegetables. Wash and tear the lettuce into pieces. Slice the cucumber into thin rounds. Slice the radishes and mushrooms into thin slices.

Slice the chives into small rolls. Place the vegetables, mushrooms, chives, and watercress in a bowl. Whisk together vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, sugar, and mustard to make a dressing and toss with the salad.
