Ingredients

  • 125 g arugula
  • 125 g radicchio
  • 200 g strawberries
  • 200 g blackberries
  • 300 g goat soft cheese roll
  • 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

    Wash and dry the arugula and radicchio, then tear into bite‑sized pieces. Wash, dry and pat the berries. Halve large strawberries and blackberries; leave small ones whole.

    Cube the goat cheese and arrange it with the berries and salad on four plates. Whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey and lemon juice, drizzle over the salad, and serve.
