Ingredients
- 200 g mixed leafy greens (your choice)
- 200 g Brie cheese
- 6 yellow plums
- 2 tbsp Orange juice
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp liquid honey
- 1 tsp medium‑hot mustard
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- ground pepper

Wash, dry, and tear the salad into bite‑sized pieces. Slice the cheese into thin strips. Wash the plums, halve them, pit them, and cut into thin slivers. For the vinaigrette whisk together orange juice, lemon juice, honey, and mustard; fold in the oil and season with salt and pepper.

Combine the salad, cheese, and plums on a plate, drizzle with the vinaigrette, and garnish with chives before serving.
