Field Salad with Pear and Brie

The field salad with pear and Brie from Spoonsparrow is quick to make, healthy and delicious.
Ingredients
- 300 g small pears (2 small pears)
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Honey
- Salt
- Pepper
- 0.25 tsp Dried thyme
- 200 g field salad
- 100 g blue grapes
- 30 g walnut kernels (2 tbsp)
- 120 g Brie (45% fat in the product)
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Mustard

Clean, wash and quarter the pears, remove seeds and cut into slices. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add pear slices, drizzle with honey and caramelize for 5 minutes over medium heat while turning. Season with salt, pepper and thyme. Remove from pan and set aside.

Meanwhile clean, wash and dry the field salad. Wash grapes, halve and seed them. Roughly chop walnuts. Slice Brie into rounds.

Whisk remaining oil with vinegar and mustard, season with salt and pepper. Arrange field salad with Brie, pears and grapes on a plate, drizzle with dressing and sprinkle walnuts on top.
