Ingredients
- 12 lettuce leaves
- 140 g canned tuna (in own juice)
- 1 ripe Avocado
- 1 Red Onion
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 splash Lemon juice
Instructions

Wash and dry the lettuce leaves.

Drain the tuna and flake it in a bowl with a fork.

Halve the avocado, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh, dice finely and add to the tuna.

Peel and finely chop the onion and add to the tuna mixture. Combine all ingredients and season with salt, pepper and a splash of lemon juice.

Place two lettuce leaves overlapping side by side. Spoon some tuna mixture in the middle of each leaf. Roll up the leaves into rolls, cut them in half, and secure with toothpicks.
