Ingredients

  • 200 g peaches
  • 200 g apricots
  • 0.5 ripe mango
  • 100 ml dry white wine
  • 25 g cornstarch
  • 250 ml orange juice
  • 100 ml apple juice
  • 50 g sugar
  • 200 ml whipping cream
  • 3 tbsp powdered sugar

    Simmer the peaches and apricots, then cool, peel, halve, remove pits, and dice finely. Peel the mango, cut the flesh away from the pit into small cubes. Whisk half of the wine with cornstarch until smooth; bring the remaining wine, juices, and sugar to a boil in a pot.

    Stir in the cornstarch, let it thicken briefly, fold in the fruit cubes, remove from heat, pour into glasses, and allow to cool. Lightly whip the cream with sugar, spread over the cooled yellow porridge, and serve.
