Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 250 ml milk
- Salt
- 120 g flour
- 5 tbsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp vanilla sugar
- 250 g elderberries
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 tsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp blossom honey
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar

Preheat the oven to 80°C fan.

Beat the eggs, then add the milk, salt, flour, sugar and vanilla sugar and whisk into a smooth batter. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan, toast a quarter of the elderberries and sesame seeds, then add a quarter of the pancake batter. Cook on low heat until both sides are golden brown. Keep the finished pancake warm in the preheated oven. Repeat with the remaining three pancakes. Serve folded, drizzled with honey or dusted with powdered sugar.
