  • 500 g baby pak choi
  • 1 small red bell pepper
  • 16 sage leaves
  • 8 poultry sausage links
  • 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 4 tbsp dry white wine
  • 80 ml Vegetable broth

    Preheat the grill.

    Wash, trim and drain the pak choi. Wash, trim and slice the bell pepper into thin rings, removing seeds. Wash the sage leaves and pat dry. Wrap 2-3 sage leaves around each sausage and secure with kitchen twine. Heat oil in a pan. Add pak choi and sauté for 3‑4 minutes, turning occasionally. Season with salt and pepper, add pepper rings, cook briefly, then deglaze with wine and broth. Simmer another 3‑4 minutes, basting with liquid. Grill sausages until golden brown. Plate on the pak choi.
