Ingredients
- 800 g pork rib
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp diced onion
- Salt
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp cracked peppercorns
- thyme sprig
- 4 lamb chops
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp chopped rosemary
- 2 Garlic cloves
- Salt
- ground pepper
- 500 g pork tenderloin
- 1 untreated lemon (juice and zest)
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cracked pepper
- tomatoes
- 4 tomatoes
- 4 tbsp herb butter
- Basil
- Salt
Instructions

Combine all ingredients for each meat and rub onto the meat. Place pork rib on foil and grill, turning multiple times, about 20-30 minutes.

Grill lamb chops, turning, for about 10 minutes.

Wash tomatoes, cut off stems, salt, and place on foil. Top with herb butter and basil. Grill for about 15-20 minutes.
