Cream Layered Dessert with Fruit and Amaretti

Ingredients

• 4 tbsp strawberry jam
• 125 g Amaretti
• 400 g whipped cream
• 250 g raspberries
• 150 g blackcurrant (from jar)

Instructions

   Crush the Amaretti cookies into coarse crumbs using a rolling pin.

2. 2.

   Spread 1 tsp of strawberry jam in each of four dessert glasses, sprinkle half of the crushed Amaretti over it, add some raspberries and cherries, pour half of the whipped cream, then fill with remaining jam. Repeat layers until ingredients are used, finishing with a dusting of Amaretti crumbs.
