Ingredients
- 4 oranges
- 2 Cinnamon sticks
- 2 star anise
- 4 bags rooibos tea
- 4 tbsp Honey
- 60 ml rum

Peel the oranges all around and cut the segments out between the membranes. Place them in a large pot. Squeeze the juice from the remaining fruit flesh and add it together with the cinnamon sticks and star anise. Hang the tea bags in the pot and pour about 800 ml boiling water over them. Steep for 5–10 minutes depending on desired strength, then remove the tea bags. Sweeten with honey and stir in the rum.
