- 180 g rose syrup
- 40 ml rose liqueur (from specialty stores)
- 1 bottle rosé champagne
- organic rose petals (from unsprayed roses)

Stir the rose syrup and liqueur together, then pour in the champagne. Fold in finely cut rose petals if desired.

Place the mixture in a shallow dish and freeze until the edges begin to solidify. Stir with a spoon, repeating as needed for desired granularity. Scrape off the frozen layer with a spoon and serve in glasses.
