Ingredients

  • 180 g rose syrup
  • 40 ml rose liqueur (from specialty stores)
  • 1 bottle rosé champagne
  • organic rose petals (from unsprayed roses)

Instructions

    Stir the rose syrup and liqueur together, then pour in the champagne. Fold in finely cut rose petals if desired.

    Place the mixture in a shallow dish and freeze until the edges begin to solidify. Stir with a spoon, repeating as needed for desired granularity. Scrape off the frozen layer with a spoon and serve in glasses.
