- 600 g turkey breast fillet (ready-to-cook, skinless)
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 12 rosemary sprigs

Preheat the grill.

Rinse the meat, pat dry and cut into bite‑sized cubes. Toss with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Wash the rosemary, shake off excess moisture, pluck the needles except for the tips, and thread the meat onto the sprigs. Sprinkle additional rosemary needles over the skewers and grill until golden brown on all sides. Arrange on plates and serve.
