Crispy bruschetta topped with seasoned fish and fresh tomato salsa – a Mediterranean classic reimagined, tasty and protein-rich.

Ingredients

  • 1 package FRoSTA Oven Fish Crispy Crunch (240 g)
  • 250 g ripe tomatoes
  • 0.5 packet FRoSTA finely chopped basil (equivalent to 1 bunch basil)
  • 1 lemon
  • 3.5 tsp FRoSTA garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1 Shallot
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • croutons (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Dice the tomatoes, finely dice the shallots and mix with basil, garlic, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and let rest for 30 minutes.

    Preheat oven and cook FRoSTA Oven Fish according to package instructions.

    Arrange everything on a plate and serve with croutons.
