Ingredients
- 750 g bread mix (1 pack)
- 4 garlic cloves (thinly sliced)
- 2 tbsp rosemary (chopped)
- olive oil
- Sea salt
- flour (for dusting)

Stir the ciabatta mixture according to package instructions. Shape 8 flatbreads from the dough. Brush each with oil, sprinkle rosemary and garlic on top, and season with sea salt.

Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C fan for about 15-20 minutes.
