Ingredients
- 1 red chili pepper
- 3 sprigs of rosemary
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp Pink peppercorns
- 2 bay leaves
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp salt

Wash, trim, seed and slice the chili into rings. Wash the rosemary and shake dry. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Place chili, rosemary, garlic, bay leaves and peppercorns in a small bowl. Mix with olive oil, lemon juice and salt.

The marinade pairs well with lamb. Let it marinate covered for 2-3 hours, turning occasionally.
