Ingredients

  • 100 ml water
  • 100 g whole cane sugar
  • 1 handful organic rose petals
  • 1 tbsp beetroot juice
  • 500 ml whipping cream
  • 250 g yogurt (3.5% fat)

    Boil the water, dissolve the sugar in it and reduce to a syrup. Then let it cool well.

    Blend the rose petals, beetroot juice and sugar syrup together. Mix with the cream and yogurt in an ice‑cream maker until the desired consistency is reached.
