Ingredients
- 8 sheets white gelatin
- 500 ml rosé wine
- 6 edible organic rose petals
- 1 tbsp rose water
- 3 tbsp honey
- 150 ml clear apple juice
- 4 tbsp Lemon juice
- 150 g fresh ripe raspberries

Soak the gelatin in cold water.

Heat 150 ml rosé wine with the rose petals and rose water slowly, let steep for 5 minutes, strain through a sieve, then dissolve the squeezed gelatin and honey into it while stirring. Remove from heat, add the apple and lemon juice as well as the remaining wine and mix thoroughly. Pour the liquid into a bowl and refrigerate for 3 hours.

Meanwhile, clean the berries. Fill glasses with the gelée and serve garnished with raspberries.
