Fruit Jelly "Aquarium"
In this fruit aquarium, plenty of vitamin C swims along, keeping the healthy jelly’s defenses sharp.
Ingredients
- 12 sheets white gelatin
- 800 ml white grape juice
- 320 g yellow kiwis (4 yellow kiwis)
- 100 g blue seedless grapes
- 100 g light seedless grapes
- 200 g physalis
- 400 ml cold mineral water (carbonated)
Instructions
-
1.
Soak gelatin for 5 minutes in cold water.
-
2.
Heat 400 ml of grape juice (do not boil). Remove the gelatin from the soak, add it dropwise to the hot juice and dissolve while stirring.
-
3.
Remove the juice-gelatin mixture from heat, let it cool slightly and whisk in the remaining grape juice spoon by spoon. Pour into a bowl and refrigerate until the liquid begins to set lightly.
-
4.
Meanwhile peel the kiwis, cut them lengthwise into thin slices. Wash grapes, drain and halve them.
-
5.
Separate physalis from their husks, wash, drain and halve them.
-
6.
Place half of the kiwi slices upright in 8 glasses (about 300 ml each), distribute half of the grapes and physalis between them.
-
7.
Pour cold mineral water over the slightly set grape juice.
-
8.
Add half of the juice mixture to the glasses and place them in the freezer for about 5 minutes until the surface lightly pulls (do not freeze completely, otherwise the mass will not set later).
-
9.
Distribute the remaining fruit on top of the glasses and pour the rest of the juice mixture over them.
-
10.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set fully.
