- 150 ml milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp butter
- 8 slices white loaf bread (or toast)
- 1 Banana
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp banana syrup

Whisk together milk, sugar and eggs. Heat butter in a pan. Dip the white bread slices into the milk‑egg mixture and fry each side for about 3 minutes until golden brown.

Cut out large star shapes from the toast using a cookie cutter or knife.

Peel the banana, slice it, and drizzle with lemon juice.
