Ingredients

  • 250 g dark chocolate
  • 100 ml whipping cream
  • 50 ml cherry liqueur
  • 100 g ground hazelnuts
  • 1 vanilla bean (pulp)
  • decorative sugar for rolling (pink or red)

Instructions

    Chop the chocolate into small pieces. Bring the cream to a boil, remove from heat, stir in the chocolate and let it melt together. Add the liqueur and nuts, mix well, and refrigerate for about 1.5 hours until firm.

    Use a spoon to scoop small portions and shape them into balls with slightly damp hands. Roll the balls in decorative sugar and serve.
