Ingredients

  • 10 parsnips
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • 6 tbsp thyme sprigs

Instructions

    Peel the parsnips and cut them lengthwise in half. Brush a baking sheet with oil, then season with salt and pepper. Arrange the parsnips on the tray, drizzle with the remaining oil, and sprinkle the thyme over them.

    Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
