Ingredients

  • 3 onions
  • 700 g waxy potatoes
  • 1 tsp dried marjoram
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 200 ml dry white wine
  • 350 ml vegetable broth
  • parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 200°C with upper and lower heat.

    Peel the onions and cut them into wedges. Peel, wash, and slice or shave the potatoes thinly.

    Mix the onions with the potatoes, place in a baking dish, season with herbs, salt, pepper, combine, and pour over with wine and broth. Bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes. Remove and serve garnished with parsley.
