- 500 g pumpkin flesh
- 1 onion
- 1 Boskop apple
- 250 g cranberries
- 2 sprigs thyme
- 2 tbsp pear syrup
- 80 ml orange juice
- 2 tsp oil
- 50 ml broth
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)

Cut the pumpkin into wedges. Peel and finely dice the onion and apple. Remove leaves from the thyme.

Wash the cranberries, mix with apples, thyme leaves, pear syrup, and orange juice. Sauté onions in 1 tsp oil, add cranberry mixture, simmer for about 3 minutes, season with salt and pepper, then let cool.

Sauté pumpkin in remaining oil, deglaze with broth, cover and steam for 10 minutes, taste, and serve with relish.
