- 3 bell peppers (red, yellow and green)
- 0.5 cucumber
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 eggplant
- Salt
- 8 small onions (red and white)
- 8 Cherry tomatoes
- 8 mushrooms
- 6 baby corn kernels
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
- chili flakes
- black pepper (ground)

Wash the bell peppers, halve them, remove seeds and white membranes, and cut into bite-sized pieces. Wash the cucumber, halve it lengthwise, and slice into about 1 cm thick rounds. Wash, trim, and quarter the zucchini and eggplant; slice each crosswise into about 0.5 cm thick strips. Salt and let sit in water for about 10 minutes, then pat dry. Peel the onions and wash the tomatoes. Clean the mushrooms and rinse the corn kernels, letting them drain. Alternate threading everything onto eight wooden skewers, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with chili flakes. Season with salt and pepper, then grill on a hot grill, turning occasionally, for about 10 minutes.
