Stuffed Kohlrabi with Sausage Filling

Ingredients
- 4 kohlrabi
- 200 g sausage filling
- 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 250 ml meat broth
- 2 tbsp grated Bergkäse cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- butter (for the dish)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).

Peel the kohlrabi, cut off the bottom and hollow them out. Finely chop the removed flesh, mix with sausage filling and 1 tbsp parsley, season with salt and pepper.

Fill the kohlrabi with this mixture, place in a buttered baking dish, pour broth over them, cover the dish with a lid or aluminum foil.

Bake for about 35 minutes.

After baking, remove the lid/foil and sprinkle the stuffed kohlrabi with cheese and small butter lumps. Return to oven and bake another 10 minutes until golden brown.

Serve the gratinated kohlrabi sprinkled with remaining parsley.
