Roasted Green Asparagus

Parmesan perfectly complements this light oven dish and provides a delicious low carb dinner bread!
Ingredients
- 500 g Green Asparagus
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 50 g Parmesan

Wash the asparagus and trim the woody ends.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the asparagus on it, lightly brush with oil and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C (180 °C fan; Gas Mark 6) for about 10 minutes.

Arrange the cooked asparagus on a platter and season with salt, pepper, lemon juice, and balsamic vinegar. Toss lightly. Grate Parmesan over it and serve lukewarm.
