Ingredients

  • 0.5 small red onion
  • 2 green lettuce leaves
  • 1 tortilla flatbread
  • 20 g Sour cream (1 tbsp)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 70 g roastbeef (3 slices)

Instructions

    Peel and halve the onion, then slice into strips.

    Wash the lettuce leaves and pat them dry.

  3. 3.

    Heat the tortilla in a pan over medium heat for 2 minutes on each side.

    Remove the tortilla from the pan, spread sour cream over it, and season with salt and pepper.

    Layer the tortilla with lettuce, onions, and roastbeef; season again if desired, roll tightly, and cut in half.
