Ingredients

  • 75 g cream cheese (0.2% fat)
  • white pepper
  • 4 slices whole grain bread
  • 100 g smoked salmon
  • 1 spring onion (only the green part)
  • 2 sprigs dill

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Season the cream cheese with pepper and spread it on the bread slices. Top with smoked salmon.

    Wash, trim, and slice the spring onion into thin strips.

  3. 3.

    Rinse the dill, shake dry, and pluck off the small leaves.

  4. 4.

    Garnish the breads with dill and spring onion.
