Ingredients

  • 2 baguettes
  • 3 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 2 leaves of oak leaf lettuce
  • 10 cm cucumber
  • 0.5 sour apple
  • 100 g tuna (in its own juice, canned)
  • 2 tbsp Sour cream
  • 1 tbsp small capers
  • 2 tbsp chives rings
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Halve the baguettes and spread ½ tbsp crème fraîche on each lower half. Wash lettuce leaves, dry, tear into pieces, and place half onto the baguette halves. Peel cucumber if desired, slice, and arrange over the lettuce.

    Wash apple and grate roughly. Drain tuna and break it up with a fork.

    Mix remaining crème fraîche with sour cream, capers, lemon juice, and chives; season with salt and pepper.

    Fold 2/3 of the chive mixture into the tuna. Spread this on the baguette halves. Top with apple shreds, remaining crème, and leftover lettuce leaves. Place the upper halves on top and serve immediately.
