Ingredients

  • 2 slices sandwich bread
  • 4 tbsp remoulade (from tube)
  • 1 hard-boiled egg
  • 2 slices roast beef
  • 6 cucumber slices
  • 1 pickled cucumber
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 slices Emmental cheese
  • 0.5 Carrot
  • 2 Radishes
  • 0.5 onion
  • 2 corn kernels (from jar)
  • arugula (and romaine lettuce)
  • Chives
  • 1 sprig parsley

Instructions

    Trim the crust from all sides of the bread. Wash and pat dry the salad greens. Slice the tomato and radishes. Cut the pickled cucumber lengthwise into slices. Peel and slice the carrot into thin sticks. Peel the onion and cut into fine rings. Diagonally halve the bread slices and spread remoulade on one side of each half. Arrange cheese slices and salad leaves on two halves. Layer sliced egg, tomato and radish slices, pickled cucumber, cucumber slices, onion rings, and carrot sticks generously. Place roast beef slices in the center, add a corn kernel and some chives and parsley on top.
