- 2 Tomatoes
- 0.5 cucumber
- 0.25 iceberg lettuce
- 1 Garlic clove
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 150 g yogurt
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 4 small whole wheat pita breads
- 50 g grated Parmesan

Wash the tomatoes, cut off the stems and slice them. Slice the cucumber. Wash, dry, and shred the lettuce. Peel and press the garlic. Mix with lemon juice and yogurt, season with salt and pepper.

Cut the bread in half and fill with the yogurt sauce and vegetables. Sprinkle with cheese before serving.
