Ingredients

  • 1.5 kg Entrecôte (with bone)
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 30 ml rapeseed oil

Instructions

    Trim the entrecôte by removing any tendons on the surface of the meat.

    Season the meat generously with salt and pepper.

    Heat the rapeseed oil in a pan and sear the meat on all sides until well browned.

    Transfer to a preheated oven at 180 °C (convection) and roast for about 40 minutes, or until an inserted thermometer reads 55‑60 °C.

    Remove from the oven, cover with foil, and let rest for 10 minutes.
