Ingredients

  • 1 kg Roastbeef (with skin)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 1 sprig thyme

Instructions

    Rinse the roast beef under cold water, pat dry, trim off the skin and cut into small pieces.

    Rub the meat on all sides with salt and pepper.

  3. 3.

    Sear the skin in a roasting pan. Brown the meat on all sides for about 4 minutes over high heat.

  4. 4.

    Add garlic and herbs. Place the pan in a preheated oven at 180 °C (convection not recommended, gas: level 2–3) and roast for about 1 hour. Remove from the oven and slice into strips.
