Ingredients

  • 2.5 kg pork ribs (from a suckling pig)
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 1 tbsp dried rosemary
  • 100 ml barbecue sauce

Instructions

    Divide the ribs into portions and season all sides with salt, pepper, and rosemary. Wrap each portion in foil and bake in an oven at 90 °C fan-forced for about 2 hours to pre-cook.

    Preheat a grill, remove the ribs from foil, and grill on all sides for approximately 15 minutes until they develop a grill pattern and are lightly browned. Brush with barbecue sauce and cut into individual rib sections. Serve with corn on the cob or similar side dishes.
