Ingredients

  • 150 g shiitake mushrooms
  • 300 g beef fillet
  • 1 lemongrass stalk
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 2 EL oil
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • 2 EL soy sauce
  • 1 EL lime juice
  • Salt

Instructions

    Clean the mushrooms and cut them with the meat into thin strips. Wash, clean the lemongrass and cut the light parts into 2 cm pieces. Peel the garlic and slice it; wash the chili pepper, clean it, deseed it and cut it into rings.

    Fry the meat in a wok with hot oil for 2 minutes while stirring, then remove it. Fry the mushrooms, lemongrass, garlic and chilies for 2 minutes while stirring. Add the meat back in. Deglaze with vegetable broth, season with soy sauce, lime juice and salt. Serve with rice.
