Ingredients
- 400 g wide rigatoni
- Salt
- 500 g salsiccia
- 1 onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 400 g passata (canned tomatoes)
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 40 g freshly grated Parmesan
Instructions

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente.

Squeeze and crumble the sausage meat into a bowl.

Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic, then sauté them in a hot pan with oil until translucent. Add the sausage and cook for 2-3 minutes while stirring. Pour in the tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, and simmer on medium heat for 10-15 minutes.

Drain the pasta, let it dry briefly, then toss it into the sauce and mix well.

Serve in bowls, topping with freshly grated Parmesan. Optionally add extra pepper before serving.
