Ingredients

  • 350 g Conchiglioni (large muscle shells)
  • Salz
  • 2 Knoblauchzehen
  • 150 g Spinatblätter
  • 1 EL Butter
  • 2 Prise Muskatnuss (gemahlen)
  • Pfeffer (aus der Mühle)
  • 3 EL Olivenöl
  • 50 g Parmesan (frisch gerieben)

Instructions

    Cook the muscle shells according to package instructions in boiling salted water and drain well in a colander. Meanwhile peel and finely dice the garlic. Clean, wash and chop the spinach.

    Heat butter in a pot and sauté the garlic until translucent. Add the spinach and stir until it wilts. Season with salt, nutmeg and pepper, simmer on low heat for about 3 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200°C fan.

    Distribute the shells with their opening up into four small baking dishes and fill them with the spinach mixture. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with parmesan. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes until golden.
