Ingredients
- 1 ripe Mango
- 100 g Blackberries
- 1 large banana
- 1 Lime
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 400 g ricotta
- 4 tbsp Coconut flakes
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp coconut liqueur

Wash the berries, pat dry. Peel the mango and slice the flesh into rounds around the pit; peel the banana and slice it, then mix with lemon juice. Wash the lime thoroughly, grate zest from one half of its rind. Cut the other half into 8 very thin slices and squeeze out the remaining juice.

Mix the lime juice with ricotta, sugar, coconut liqueur and 3 tbsp coconut flakes. Toast the remaining coconut flakes until golden brown.

Divide the ricotta into four small bowls, top each with fruit decoratively, and garnish with lime wedges, lime zest and toasted coconut flakes before serving.
