Ingredients
- 200 g dark chocolate couverture
- 150 g butter
- 4 eggs
- 200 g powdered sugar
- raspberries
- paper napkins
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C fan.

Break the dark chocolate into pieces and melt in a double boiler. Stir in the butter until melted.

Separate the eggs. Beat the yolks with powdered sugar until light and fluffy, then gradually fold in the melted chocolate.

Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form, then fold them into the chocolate mixture spoonful by spoonful.

Pour the batter into a greased springform pan and bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven.

Let cool, cut into pieces, arrange on paper napkins, and serve decorated with raspberries.
