Ingredients
- 500 g lamb ground meat
- 200 g rice
- 2 onions
- 80 g dried dates
- 500 ml meat broth
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp baharat
- 50 g Pistachios
- 0.5 bunch Parsley
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- black pepper (ground)
Instructions

Bring the broth to a boil, add curry powder and 1 tsp salt, then stir in the rice. Cover and simmer over low heat for about 25 minutes until cooked.

Peel and finely dice the onions.

Finely chop the dates.

Coarsely chop the pistachios.

Wash, dry, shake off excess water, and coarsely chop the parsley.

Brown the lamb ground meat in hot oil until crumbly. Add onions, dates, and baharat, then mix in. Combine with parsley and pistachios, stir into the rice, and season with salt and pepper.
