Ingredients
- 16 small tomatoes
- 200 g gratin cheese
- 100 g sheep cheese
- 6 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 bunch chives
- Pepper
- 100 ml Vegetable broth
- 300 g wild rice mix
- Salt

Cook the rice according to package instructions in salted water.

Wash the tomatoes, halve them, remove stems, lightly salt and pepper. Wash the chives, shake dry, cut into rolls. Grate the sheep cheese, mix with breadcrumbs and gratin cheese. Drain the rice, fill four small baking dishes, pour a little broth over it, place the tomatoes on top with the cut side up, sprinkle with the cheese mixture, and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (upper rack) for about 15-20 minutes.
