Ingredients
- 4 wine orchard peaches
- 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 4 tsp liquid honey
- 0.5 bunch lemon thyme
Instructions

Wash the peaches, pat dry and cut horizontally in half. Remove the pits and place the undersides on a grill pan. Drizzle with honey.

Wash the thyme, shake off excess water and sprinkle over the peaches. Cover with the second half of the peaches and drizzle with oil.

Place on a hot grill and cook with the lid closed for about 10 minutes. Flip 1–2 times during cooking.
