Ingredients

  • 200 ml heavy cream (at least 30% fat)
  • 400 g mascarpone
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 1 jar sweet cherries (about 720 ml)
  • 1 chocolate sponge cake (ready-made)
  • 80 ml kirsch
  • 20 chocolate spheres
  • 4 mint leaves

Instructions

    Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Mix mascarpone with lemon juice and sugar, then fold in the whipped cream. Drain the cherries well.

    Crush the sponge cake roughly, spread half onto four dessert glasses, drizzle with kirsch. Spoon half of the cream over and top with cherries.

    Distribute the remaining cake on top, drizzle again with kirsch, and finish with the rest of the cream. Garnish with chocolate spheres and mint leaves before serving.
