Ingredients
- 20 sheets rice paper (square or round about 15 cm diameter)
- 1 clove garlic
- 40 shrimp (pre‑cleaned, peeled and raw)
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 cucumber
- 20 chives
- 40 borrach flowers
Instructions

Soak the rice paper according to package instructions and pat dry.

Peel the garlic clove, press it, and mix with the shrimp, soy sauce, and sesame oil.

Peel the cucumber, cut lengthwise in half, remove seeds, and dice into 20 cubes.

For filling, place two shrimp, a cucumber cube, a chive stalk, and two borrach flowers on the lower third of each sheet. Fold sides and roll tightly. Arrange side‑by‑side in a bamboo basket and steam over hot water for about 5 minutes.
